The Serenity Store sell products through www.theserenitystore.com. As a user of this site you must accept that any transactions you make are governed by our Terms and Conditions listed below. We have the right to amend these and any changes will come into effect from the date they are posted on the site. Therefore, it is your responsibility to have read and accepted the terms and conditions when placing an order as when you are purchasing products from the internet this becomes a legally binding contract. We are based in England and abide by English law.1. Payment is made online by debit/credit cards and collected by a reputable payment service provider (Paypal) in a secure environment. Full payment must be paid at the time of the order and all prices are shown in GB pounds (sterling). Responsibility is not accepted for non-UK customers mistaking that the prices shown are in different currencies.
2. We will do our utmost to complete your order but on occasions it may not be possible if the item/s have become out of stock. However, we will contact you immediately and offer either to cancel the specific product or offer a possible alternative. Please note that occasionally the website photograph may show the product to be larger than the actual size - this is to enhance the detail as much as possible.
3. When ordering you must provide full contact details including a valid telephone number, as we will have to charge an additional postage fee for re-delivery if the goods are returned to us through incomplete contact details.

5. We will protect your privacy and only use the data you have provided for processing your order and possibly contacting you regarding marketing information you may find useful.
