Returns & Refunds
1. As we do not accept unauthorised returns, the buyer must first notify us by our "Contact Us" page before returning the products to receive return instructions. We do not accept liability if the returned items are lost on route and therefore a refund or exchange will not be given. When returning an item it is always advisable to use a safe, secure and traceable system.2. Any breakages/damages must be reported within three working days of receipt. We cannot accept liability or be expected to pay compensation for lateness due to certain circumstances beyond our control (postal disputes etc). If you are not completely satisfied with your items and require a refund or exchange, then you must contact us within seven days of receiving the goods.
3. Items will not be replaced which have clearly been worn/used unless it is evident that there has been a manufacturing defect. In the case of cellophane wrapped items (eg Tarot Cards etc) the original sealed wrapping must remain intact where appropriate. Any free gifts included with the item must also be returned at the same time.
